Antoinette Bibal Saldivar is the Vice President of Human Resources at BridgePoint Healthcare, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources (HR).
Antoinette oversees all HR activities for BridgePoint Healthcare. She is responsible for developing strategic HR plans and policies, developing employer-employee relationships, and initiating employee benefit and welfare programs. She has played a key role in developing and successfully implementing organizational change management strategies and oversees a broad range of organizational priorities.
Holding a Master’s in Human Resources, Antoinette has extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, and employee development. Prior to BridgePoint, Antoinette served in HR leadership roles at Kindred Healthcare.
Antoinette resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband and two sons.
