With over 13 years of experience in acute healthcare, ambulatory clinics, and long-term acute care (LTAC), Chris Lafontsee brings a wealth of expertise to his role as CEO of BridgePoint Capitol Hill. His extensive background includes leadership roles in hospital operations, financial management, and strategic planning for Fortune 500 companies.

Chris’s diverse healthcare experience, combined with a strong foundation in information technology, has been instrumental in successfully opening new hospitals and fostering strong relationships within the community. His innovative approach and commitment to quality care continue to drive BridgePoint Capitol Hill’s mission to provide exceptional patient outcomes and healthcare excellence.

Mike Grubb serves as the Chief Financial Officer for our BridgePoint Continuing Care Hospital - Capitol Hill. With over 26 years of experience in finance and accounting, Mike is responsible for managing the financial operations of the facility and possesses a strong background in budgeting/forecasting and cash management. 

Prior to joining the BridgePoint team, Mike has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Kindred Hospital South Bay, Los Angeles Metropolitan Medical Center, and Vista Hospital of South Bay, located in Southern California.
