Larissa Pauly

Larissa Pauly is our Post Acute Program Manager. She is a dedicated and results driven healthcare leader who combines her clinical expertise as an Occupational Therapist with strategic operations and partner relationship management to make a positive impact on the healthcare industry. Her ability to navigate complex healthcare systems, drive process improvements and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders positions her as a valuable asset in the healthcare field. Larissa's ability to develop and implement strategies for value-based care models, reduce healthcare expenditures, and improve patient outcomes showcase her commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Larissa comes to Bridgepoint responsible for the development and strategic oversight of post-acute initiatives for all Bridgepoint hospital locations. She will be primarily working on joint collaboration between Bridgepoint and the regional skilled nursing facilities to better support and care for our sickest and most vulnerable populations.

Before joining Bridgepoint Larissa held a leadership position within Kaiser Permanente, where she oversaw the strategic operations and relationship management of the Healthplan's skilled nursing facility network within the Mid Atlantic States comprising of 76 SNFs.
