Carissa Yarrington, RN, is a Baltimore native and Towson University School of Nursing graduate. After three years as a Pediatric ICU nurse, she developed a strong passion for care coordination, family education, and interdisciplinary teamwork within complex clinical environments.

Now working as a Clinical Liaison with BridgePoint LATCH, Carissa focuses on ensuring smooth transitions of care and advocating for patients and families during vulnerable healthcare moments.
