Bronique serves as the Director of Accounting and Finance at Bridgepoint Healthcare, bringing more than 19 years of expertise in accounting and finance, including the past eight years dedicated to advancing Bridgepoint’s mission. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Baruch College, The City University of New York, a Healthcare Management Certificate from Cornell University, and both an MS in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Maryland, all completed while working full-time and raising a family.

Bronique has built her career around bridging financial strategy with operational excellence. She is committed to guiding support departments, ensuring seamless operations, and keeping patient care at the forefront of decision-making. Her professional journey led her to consulting, where she first encountered Bridgepoint, ultimately inspiring her transition into healthcare. She quickly discovered the profound rewards of contributing to an industry that directly impacts lives.

Beyond her role at Bridgepoint, Bronique is an active community leader. She serves with three nonprofit organizations across the DMV area and considers her service work, along with inspiring her son to pursue a career in healthcare, among her proudest achievements.
