With 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, Kevin Chavez is responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution and profitability of BridgePoint Hospital National Harbor as the Chief Executive Officer. Having a strong background in business development and marketing, he has played an instrumental role in turning around several hospitals including Bridgepoint. Since the acquisition, Kevin has improved hospital operations with his focus on achieving quality care and customer service for patients, physicians, and employees.
Prior to BridgePoint, Kevin served as Chief Executive Officer for Kindred Hospital South Bay and Vista Hospital of South Bay located in California and Ernest Health in Arizona.
Diane White Chief Clinical Officer
Diane K. White, MSN, RN serves as the Chief Clinical Officer of BridgePoint Hospital National Harbor. With 30+ years of experience in critical care and progressive leadership, Diane brings her clinical expertise and result-oriented outlook to the executive team, providing support in developing evidence-based clinical programs. Prior to joining BridgePoint, Diane served in various executive clinical leadership roles for Kindred Hospital South Philadelphia and Acuity Specialty Hospital of New Jersey.
Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing and Health Administration from Widener University, Pennsylvania.
Leonard Smith Nursing Home Administrator
Leonard W. Smith Jr. serves as the licensed Nursing Home Administrator for BridgePoint Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation National Harbor. He has over 25 years of experience in the long term care industry. Under Leonard’s leadership, the facility has achieved a 5-star rating from the Center of Medicare & Medicaid services. He is responsible for managing the overall clinical and financial operations and maintaining regulatory compliance of the facility. Prior to joining BridgePoint, Leonard has served in various Administrator and Executive Director roles for skilled nursing centers throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Morgan State University, Maryland.
